Hume Reserve Soccer Pavilion Redevelopment

Design and Construction of a modular pavilion at Hume Recreation Reserve included a social space, kitchen and amenities,
office and storage space as well as fit for purpose, gender neutral, change rooms and amenities.
Project scope includes:
- Construction of modular pavilion.
- Demolition of existing change rooms.
- Reinstatement of car park around new pavilion and in area of demolished change rooms.
Consideration was given for the project to incorporate best practice environmental design principles, use of sustainable and robust materials that will have a low maintenance requirement and strong design that reflects both its utilitarian function
and the site context.
